BZBJ-200V bowl cutter is designed for cutting and mixing all kinds of meat and vegetables. It can chop materials and mix them into each required grains,fillings or paste.

It is equipped with temperature display.Control cabinet is in close structure which could ensure safety.According to customers' requirements,it could offer normal electric control or PC control. For big models ,knife shaft speed could be regulated by inverter.

Besides the above functions the vacuum bowl cutter could reduce bubbles in meat stuffing,shorten cutting and mixing time due to decrease of air pressure. As a result, it improves the efficiency.
