Batter Applicator

Pouring batter machine  comprises electric cabinet, air knife components, pouring components, frame, starch barrels, transmission components, rack etc. It is completely made of stainless steel.  

It is designed to batter thick starch for foods such as chicken nuggets, meat cake, fish fillet and so on. The starch need to be transmitted to the pouring system from the barrels by pump, as the machine is light batering and automatic pouring. Thickness of batter mixture can be adjusted. 

This machine features stainless steel wire belt and variable speed. There are only one convey belt in this machine, the products will be transmitted to the machine by wire belt and then battered by waterfall starch.
