Breading Machine

BSFJ-II-400 breading machine is used for breading dry crumbs. It is the most common breading machine. The width of conveyor wire belt can be adjusted according to the production capacity, it also can be connected with batter machine and frying machine etc to work as a processing line.

It comprises discharge convey components, transmission components, air knife components, forming roller components, hopper, electric cabinet, crumbs circulation system etc. It is completely made of stainless steel.

It is special designed for breading convenient food such as fish fillet, chicken nuggets, hamburger, etc. This machine features stainless steel wire belt and mechanical speed adjustable system. Products can be evenly breaded; thickness is also adjustable.
