Automatic Clipper

BDKJ-II- C clipper can close the casings through mechanic cam structure.

This machine is driven by servo motor and controlled by PLC.

It can work with different fillers. The filling tube can be changed based on different sizes of casings and products. This machine uses the Great Wall (poly clip) aluminum clips. Change of different moulds can satisfy the requirements of aluminum wire clipping. The dimension of the folded casings is 50-120mm.

 It comprises electirc cabinet, filling components,rack,Great wall, pneumatic system, dynamic and transmit system etc. It is completely made of stainless steel.
